As the eldest daughter of immigrant parents and a first-generation college graduate, Leticia’s journey has been shaped by resilience and determination.

From working as a farmworker in the strawberry fields to fund her college education, to negotiating her way to a six-figure salary in a corporate setting and becoming a first-gen investor, Leticia intimately understands the challenges women of color face when navigating a financial system that has historically been inequitable.
